Kohala is a subaerial volcano which hasn't erupted for over 60,000 years. Diving is outstanding and with 40 ethnic cultures and 21 climatic zones this is heaven on earth. The coral is opulent and the marine life is delicious - especially with the traditional spices used on the Island . Kona coffee is one of the agricultural delights and taking coffee tours is a really great way to help the local farmers and at the same time really see and taste black gold.

While you're relaxing in Hawaii you may want to try the fantastic Dinner Sail on the Big Island via the catamaran, Noa Noa (meaning 'Feeling Free'). While the meal is not slated to be the best, the scenery is breathtaking.
