Each villa is equipped with a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, your own personal wait staff of 8, including a personal chef if you should so desire. The resort restaurant features Caribbean and French cuisine by renowned chef Maurice Leduc.
The menu is incredible. Local snapper crusted with sweet potato and coconut with a light orange sauce and a Crayfish dish that melts in your mouth, however; your own personal Chef can create almost whatever your heart desires. The wine selection reaches far beyond the norm.
If you are taking an extended holiday you may want to go to St. Maarten by private boat - it takes twenty minutes by sea and the view is spectacular. The onsite concierge of the Altamer would be happy to arrange it for you.
There is also a conference centre on-site, built with the same unique architecture. It can hold up to 80 people and all guests will receive the finest in service and food while in attendance.
