Barbados Timeshare

The South Coast is the place to be for charm

The 430 square kilometer island has a high standard of living and is rated fourth by The UN for the most developed developing nation. You will feel at home on this island, which is small in size, but vast in beauty. If you are thinking about purchasing a timeshare here, note that rainy season is from June to October. There are small hotels and private villas for rent on the island, but you must book months and sometimes years in advance.

The South Coast is a very popular destination for people who enjoy small villages. There are many good restaurants in the area serving flying fish and pepperpot (pork stew), and the Friday night fish fry in Oistins should not be missed. Rum is the drink on the island.

Public transportation is easily accessible on the island, but renting a car for any long stays is generally a must. The cost of living is average, but North American mainstays, like cooked chickens from the grocery store, can be very expensive because Barbados imports many of its supplies.
